•    Correct software issues for most desktop software products
•    Preserve and transfer data
•    Replace hard drives
•    Remove Viruses
•    Remove Spyware
•    Preserve data and reinstall Windows if necessary

Followed by maintenance, including:

•    Apply the latest Windows Updates
•    Dust out the machine
•    Check fans for proper operation
•    Adjust Windows settings as needed
•    Update antivirus and antispyware software
•    Defragment hard drive
•    Remove temporary files and file clutter
•    Remove known problem causing software
•    Check hard drive for errors
•    Check for sufficient available memory
